a lot of us are doing the ticket quests for the epic neck (I believe we are all doing it through skinning) here some information I found that would be useful and also lower some of the leather requirements to get the item

Each quest turn-in gives you 100 Darkmoon reputation. (110 for humans) After your reputation goes up, you loose the ability to turn in the lower quests.
(x5) Small Furry Paw 1 Ticket Darkmoon Neutral: 500/3000 5 turn ins
(x5) Torn Bear Pelt 4 Tickets Darkmoon Neutral: 1100/3000 11 turn ins
(x5) Soft Bushy Tail 8 Tickets Darkmoon Neutral: 1700/3000 17 turn ins
(x5) Vibrant Plumes 12 Tickets Darkmoon Neutral: 2500/3000 25 turn ins
(x10) Evil Bat Eyes 20 Tickets Always
(x10) Glowing Scorpid Blood 20 Tickets ? Always
Reputation increases from item hand-ins reportedly cap out at Friendly: 2000/4000 Darkmoon Faction
By following this chart the easiest way to get the necklace is to collect 13 stacks of vibrant plumes from the harpys in feralas(very good drop rate and the mageweave owns) then begin turning in rugged armor kits having already accumulated 300 tickets(I believe this lowers the leather required to 1800), unless you are human at witch point do your own math. I posted this cause I am selfish and when one of you skinners finishes the quest you can collect leather for me :0
BTW if we already knew this I am gonna be pissed

I suck at math read this carefully,
20 tickets per 8 rugged kits 5 rugged leather per kit
40 leather per 20 tickets
45 turn ins of 40 leather=900tickets
900tix=1800rugged leather 180 stacks of leather witch is still a lot
but its not
2400or the 240 stacks required if you dont use the vibrant plumes
Is the stuffs turn in the same everytime when Darkmoon faire is here. They come and go alot so i was think if i can stack up with a lot and when they show up again i just turn in all hehe… don’t know if that works.
