you can change teh numbers with teh name of the item 4 4 means bag 4(your backpack is 0) slot 4 (bag numbers begin at the top left like reading) catform is stance:1 lifebloom can be replaced with any spell that CANNOT be cast in forms

countdown to pots being put on the global countdown is at t minus 10 days

Not so sure about that, probably make changing stances on the global cooldown, tho that will screw with warriors a lot.

Or if you try cast a spell that can’t be done in [stance] it still hits up a global cooldown.  Either way, enjoy it =)
