Zul'Gurub Coins
Yoinked from Thottbot.com
Before the bosses in Zul Gurub there is one thing that needs to be dealt with; the Paragon of Power drops from the Instance. To quote a member of my guild; ZG will be the undoing of many an unorganized guild”, and this statement holds true to those who go into Zul Gurrub without first deciding on Loot Rules.
The Paragons of Power, are 3 different styles of items that drop off of enemies in Zul Gurrub. The first style of items is the green coins; these coins are needed for class quests in Zul Gurrub (5 of one kind, and 5 of another kind per quest). Also, the coins are used in reputation increasing quests (these quests requiring 1 of 3 different types of coins). The coins are usable by the following classes for their respective quests:
· Bloodscalp: Priest, Rogue, Warrior, Warlock, Paladin, Shaman
· Gurubashi: Druid, Mage, Rogue, Warrior, Warlock, Shaman
· Hakkari: Priest, Druid, Rogue, Hunter, Warlock, Shaman
· Razzashi: Priest, Druid, Mage, Rogue, Hunter, Shaman
· Sandfury: Priest, Druid, Mage, Hunter, Warrior, Paladin
· Skullsplitter: Rogue, Hunter, Warrior, Warlock, Paladin, Shaman
· Vilebranch: Druid, Mage, Rogue, Warrior, Warlock, Paladin
· Witherbark: Priest, Mage, Warrior, Warlock, Paladin, Shaman
· Zulian: Priest, Druid, Mage, Rogue, Hunter, Paladin
After the coins of Zul Gurrub are the bijous. The bijous are similar to the coins, except they are rare items and do not drop nearly as frequently, also you only need 2 bijous of one specific color to complete a quest as opposed to 5 like the coins. Bijous can also be traded in for an honor token with the Zandalar Trolls to increase reputation. The bijous are usable by the following classes for their respective quests:
· Blue: Mage, Rogue, Shaman
· Bronze: Priest, Druid, Warrior
· Gold: Rogue, Paladin, Shaman
· Green: Druid, Hunter, Warrior
· Orange: Priest, Mage, Warlock
· Purple: Rogue, Paladin, Shaman
· Red: Druid, Warlock, Paladin
· Silver: Mage, Hunter, Shaman
· Yellow: Priest, Hunter, Warrior
Finally, we are left with the “epic” level Paragons; the Primals. These items drop only off the bosses of Zul Gurrub (1 drop per boss, and completely random on which specific Primal may drop). Unlike the coins and bijous these items may not be traded in for reputation, and are usable only for the class quests in Zul Gurrub. It is important to know which class can make use of these items as they are Bind on Pickup unlike the other paragons. The Primal paragons are usable by the following classes for their respective quests:
· Aegis: Priest, Rogue, Hunter
· Armsplint: Rogue, Warrior, Shaman
· Bindings: Mage, Hunter, Paladin
· Girdle: Rogue, Warrior, Shaman
· Kossack: Mage, Warrior, Warlock
· Sash: Priest, Druid, Warlock
· Shawl: Mage, Hunter, Paladin
· Stanchion: Priest, Druid, Warlock
· Tabard: Druid, Paladin, Shaman
The above information is meant to give you an idea of the different drops that come from Zul Gurrub, however it is up to you on how you and your guild / pickup raid want to handle the distribution of these items.
One thing to be aware of with reputation gaining in Zul Gurrub is that you will only gain faction off enemies from the Instance up to halfway through Revered. Once you become revered with the Zandalar Trolls, you have to turn in honor tokens to get higher. It is suggested you do not turn in any items to the trolls for Honor Tokens until you are revered and have stopped gaining reputation by killing MOBs.
A complete list of the class item rewards can be found at Blizzards Zul’Gurub rewards page here:

Now before you can hand these quests in, you need to get the relevant libram from DM (or AH) and do that quest by collecting those objects. Once the DM part of this quest is done you can head down to the trolls and get their real enchant. Apparently the elves didn’t learn the magic correctly back in the day, so the elven librams are actually a pale immitation of what they should be. Go lore… =)

Darkmoon Faire buffs
There is a gnoll npc (Sayge) in the Darkmoon Faire who gives out ‘fortunes’ after you answer 2 of his questions. These fortunes are in fact 2 hour buffs - and there are 9 of them to choose from if you answer the right questions. Here they all are:

2------------------ 2------------------ +10% intellect
2------------------ 3------------------ +25% to all resistances
3------------------ 1------------------ +10% stamina
3------------------ 2------------------ +10% strength
3------------------ 3------------------ +10% agility
4------------------ 1------------------ +10% intellect

The Onyxia Key quest series.
Here is the series of quests you need to do to be allowed into Onyxia’s lair. Her decision, not mine =)
Dragonkin Menace
Kill lots of Dragonkin, takes about 30 mins.
The True Masters (part 1, Redridge)
The True Masters (part 2, SW)
The True Masters (part 3, back to Redridge)
Courier questing, what fun
The True Masters (part 4, back to Morgan’s Vigil in Burning Steppes)
Courier questing, what fun
talk to Ragged John
Easy enough, he is top of the zone, next to the horde flight path
talk to marshal Maxwell
back you go
Marshall Windsor
if you need a description for this one, we have to talk…
Abandoned Hope
Next step begins when you find a Crumpled Note off random drop in BRD
Kill mobs in BRD, one will eventually drop it to stop you…
Take it back to Marshall Windsor and get A Shred of Hope
Courier quest
Jail Break
Semi tough 5 man quest, clear the area first up to the arena. Pull the mobs for him, but let him kill the last one while you all rest. Do not let him die (obviously)
Stormwind Rendevous
Meet up at SW gates, he will ride up to you, then walk through SW
The Great Masquerade
Encounter in SW keep, just stand back and watch, no need to fight.
and you then get the key to Onyxia’s Lair!
Easy enough

2 hour cooking guide
I found this posted in the Alliance of Light forums at : http://allianceoflight.net/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?t=572
could be useful if you haven’t gotten off yer ass and got cooking up to a respectable level yet.
Get the recipe Herb Baked Egg at a cooking trainer
1. Go to Westfall, kill the birds in Moonbrook cemetery - they repop very, very fast and collect the eggs. You have to get 50-55 eggs to get your cooking skill to level 50. (takes 15 mins)
Get the recipe Boiled Clams (skill 50) at a cooking trainer
2. Go to Darkshore, kill all the Young Reef Crawlers and the Tide Crawlers on the beach and collect the Clam Meat (inside Clams) and the Crawler Meat. You have to get 25-30 Clam Meat to get your cooking skill to level 75. And 50-55 Crawler Meat. (takes 45 mins)
Get the recipe Crab Cake (skill 75) at a cooking trainer.
3. Use the Crawler Meat from Darkshore to get your cooking skill to level 125. (0 mins (you got that))
Get the recipe Goblin Deviled Clams (skill 125) at a cooking trainer.
4. Go to Wetlands, kill the Bluegills (not far from town at the lost fleet) and get the Tangy Clam Meat (inside Clams) You have to get 75-100 Tangy Clam Meat to get your skill to 200. (takes 60 mins)
Get the recipe Spider Sausage (skill 200) at a cooking trainer.
5. Go to Dustwallow Marsh, kill the Darkmist Spider (they are outside a cave to NW) and collect White Spider Meat. You just get as many as you like, you don’t need to get anymore skills points in cooking.
